2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Full name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted and not accessible by us).
• Company Information: Business name (Arabic/English), tax number, address, logo, contact details.
• Business Data: Invoice details, client and vendor data, products, inventory, financial transactions, and receipt vouchers.
• Payment Information: We do not store credit card data directly — payments are processed through internationally certified secure payment providers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type.
• Login/logout records and timestamps.
• Pages visited and usage patterns.
• Approximate geolocation data (country/city level only).
• Application performance data and crash reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate e-invoicing and accounting services.
• Submit invoice data to Jordan's National E-Invoicing System (JoFotara) as required by law.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Improve services, develop new features, and analyze performance.
• Send essential notifications about your account, subscription, or service changes.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
• Fraud prevention and system security protection.

We implement rigorous security measures including but not limited to:

• Complete data isolation between companies using Row-Level Security.
• Automatic daily backups with secure storage.

• Legal Compliance: Submitting invoice data to JoFotara as required by Jordanian law, or in response to a court order or official request from a competent government authority.
• Service Providers: Limited sharing with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing, email) operating on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Rights Protection: When necessary to protect our legal rights, user safety, or prevent fraud.

We retain your data for the duration of your active account and for the legally required period after closure. Tax invoice data is retained per Jordanian law requirements (minimum 7 years). Upon account deletion request, personal data will be deleted within 30 days while retaining legally required data.

Mothooq apps are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apps may collect additional information such as Device ID, OS version, and push notification tokens. Apps are subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies in addition to this policy.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

11. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
